The online system is a great way to track all your fundraising and keep your sponsors up to date on
your progress.

How to ensure online fundraising success
Set a fundraising goal
Your sponsors donate because you ask them to and they want to help you achieve your personal goal. Set your goal high as they want to feel part of the experience in helping you reach a personal achievement. If you went online to a friend's page, would you donate more if their goal was $100
or $10,000?
Personalise your page
Upload your photo, title your page and write a personal message of why you are asking for support. Show your sponsors why you are inspired to support people with MS, the same will inspire them!
Sponsor yourself
Put your money 'where your mouth is' and make a personal donation upon entering or sponsor yourself online. If you are asking for donations, lead by example. The larger the first donation, the more inclined sponsors will be to follow your lead.
Send an email
Simply send an email to all your contacts and ask for their support! People want to contribute and feel important if you personally ask them to help you achieve your goal. Email your friends and co-workers, clients and suppliers, people that know you or deal with you on a daily basis will want to help you. Don't forget to thank them!
Be creative
The more ways you promote your cause, the more ways people can support you. Put your web page address on your auto-signature, on posters at work or attach it to your Facebook page.
